We just received some letters from the kids and even a bookmark from Lidia. The kids letters are great and we are hoping that each of the children has had a wonderful Christmas. We are fortunate through Compassion that we can send an extra financial gift for Christmas (we sent $20.00 per child) and they are able to pull the gifts together from all sponsors and provide all of the Compassion kids with a Christmas gift. This includes the children who are waiting for sponsors. No one is left out for Christmas. We also received our first information sheet on Jojo. Although it is a bit skimpy it gives me a chance to open the door just enough to see if I can get more out of him in his next letter.
